Step 1: Receive Funding. Your Grant Award describes the requirements to submit data. Step 2: Set Up Your Database. Set up your formats to ensure ease of transfer when you submit. Step 3: Collect Your Data.

Ready To Submit?

Step 2: Validate Your Data using our AutoQC system, until it reports no errors. Step 2: Submit Your Validated Data. The AutoQC 'SEND' button lets you submit your data. Step 3: Receive a Request for Modification, and then re-validate your data and begin again with Step 1 or Receive a Notice of Approval.
