Genetic Data

Sequence - RNA

  • Case-control RNASeq data (Illuminal Hi Seq 2000) on 922 DGN subjects and GWAS data (Illumina Omni1-Quad) on 2,226 subjects. controls from GPC (Study 76/77), cases from GenRED2 (study 52) and DGN (study 88). The RNA sequencing data (BAM and FASTQ files) are available by request on multiple portable hard drives due to the large size of the files. To request shipment, please contact help@nrgr.on.spiceworks.com and reference your active access approval ID.
  • Separated from other Dataset 7 files due to size (17.6 GB)

Targeted Genotyping

  • GenRED - SNPlex pool genotypes. 92 markers, 296 subjects (sib-pairs).
  • GenRED - 88 markers, 299 subjects.

DIGS

Diagnostic Interview for Genetic Studies (DIGS) - The CSV-format DIGS interview files provided below are cleaned versions of those received from the original study investigators. While they retain the record layouts and variable naming of their respective DIGS versions, they have had invalid values corrected or removed, date fields converted to a standard format, and their various missing/ unknown values converted to standard textual metavalues in order to avoid misinterpretation. Further details on the cleaning that has been performed are included in the file "dp-digs-cleaning-readme.txt" included in the download. To download the original files as received from study investigators, use "original" links below.
