CommonMind and PsychENCODE are Moving
Data from the CommonMind and PsychENCODE Collections and access requests for these data sets will be moving to the NIMH Data Archive (NDA) by March 1, 2024. What does this mean for NRGR users who:
- Already have access to these data?
- Have pending access requests for these data?
- Want to request access to these data?
Already have access to these data?
Data from the CommonMind and PsychENCODE Collections will only be available from the CommonMind Consortium Knowledge Portal and the PsychENCODE Knowledge Portal until March 1, 2024, after which it will be made available in the NIMH Data Archive (NDA). Please note that even if your current access extends beyond March 1, all users will need to submit a new request to NDA to receive access to the data through NDA. To avoid having to resubmit for access through NDA, we strongly encourage all users who currently have access to download any data you may need prior to March 1, 2024.
Have pending access requests for these data?
Pending data access requests through the NRGR Access Request system are being processed as quickly as possible. Once you have access, we strongly encourage users to download any data that you may need prior to March 1, 2024 to avoid having to resubmit for access through NDA.
Want to request access to these data?
If you are planning to request access to data from the CommonMind and PsychENCODE Collections on or after January 15, 2024, you will need to wait until the data are available in NDA and then submit a request to NDA. More information about how to request access to NDA collections is available on the Getting Access to Shared Data page on the NDA website. If you are planning on requesting access to the data prior to January 15, 2024, we are working to expedite access requests through the current system. Please note however that all access granted through the current system will expire on March 1, 2024.
